My philosophy is simple: fitness is a lifelong journey, not a quick fix. I believe in building real, lasting strength through sustainable training that supports you for the long haul. Strength training is at the core of everything I do, not just to look strong, but to live strong. I train to move better, feel better, and stay capable as life evolves. No gimmicks. No extremes. Just smart, consistent effort that adds up to a stronger, healthier me — for life.

Hi, I’m Laurent Vitrac, a fitness trainer passionate about natural movement, clean eating, and building a healthy lifestyle that lasts. My roots in France and the influence of my father, who always emphasized the power of fresh food and daily exercise, shaped my approach to wellness. I believe fitness isn’t about quick fixes or extreme routines, it’s a lifelong journey grounded in balance, strength, and consistency. I work with people of all ages and abilities, and I’m here to help you feel stronger, move better, and live more fully. Through simple, sustainable habits that honor your body and your goals.

We’ll build the habits and confidence you need to feel at home in your body.

If you're just starting out, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered in your body. We'll focus on building a strong foundation, learning how to move well, developing good form, and creating habits that support your health both in and out of the gym. It’s not about pushing you to extremes; it’s about meeting you where you are and helping you move forward, one step at a time.

For Intermediate Clients

Stay focused, grow stronger.

With structure and support, you’ll keep making real, lasting progress.

Once you've established the basics, we’ll begin to challenge your body and mind in new ways. At this stage, I focus on helping you build strength, improve endurance, and sharpen technique. You’ll start to notice more consistency in your energy, better recovery, and real changes in how you move and feel. We’ll fine-tune your routine and keep things dynamic so that progress stays motivating and sustainable.

For Advanced Clients

Train smart, push further.

Fine-tune your performance while staying balanced and injury-free.

If you're already highly active and looking to take things further, I’m here to push your limits safely and intelligently. Whether you're training for a specific goal, sport, or just aiming for peak performance, we’ll focus on advanced techniques, recovery optimization, and dialing in every detail to keep you moving at your best. Together, we’ll keep evolving your potential while maintaining balance and longevity.

It's no secret - fitness training has been proven to prevent disease, strengthen your health and improve your confidence and outlook on life. I'm an ISSA strength and conditioning coach, trainer and nutrition specialist.
